You confuse us with a credit card issuer, I’m afraid. However we are not a bank nor do we issue credit cards. But we can give you some tips on your issue.
If you are applied for a credit card and was approved there should be a confirmation letter (usually you have to wait it 10-15 business days). This letter states that you are approved for this or that card and also it says when your card is going to arrive at your place. In addition to all this information you will be also provided with a telephone number in case you have some questions.
As a rule it is worth waiting at least 30 days. As this time is passed and you don’t have a single note from the credit card issuer, you can contact them directly. For contact information you can visit the official website of your credit card issuer.

- I would like a credit card with a limit of $2,000 – $3,000 if possible. I recently went through a divorce so my credit score is not the best right now but I make over $100,000 per year and don’t have much outstanding debt. I recently re-financed my home so I don’t know if that hurt my credit but I seem to be having trouble increasing the limit only the only two credit cards I have that only have a $500 limit. What is the best card for me if there is one?
